"Quality isn't a phase at the end of a project. It's a decision you commit to at the beginning."

The people behind the work.

Abbas Raza
Co-Founder & Principal Engineer
I lead QA Engineering at Commyt Labs. My career has been spent in environments where getting it wrong isn't an option safety-critical software, systems where a flaky test isn't an annoyance, it's a liability.
I kept seeing great engineering teams ship broken products not because they were bad engineers, but because quality was always someone else's job. It doesn't have to be.
I lead Product Design at Commyt Labs. Five years as a senior product designer across fintech, B2B SaaS, B2C, supply chain, and environmental platforms and what I've learned is that the best design work is invisible. It just feels right.
I got tired of handing off a Figma file and never knowing what actually shipped. That's why I built this with Abbas.

How we think
The code we follow.

Design is a decision, not a deliverable.
We don't design things that look good and hope they work. Every interaction, every layout, every component is a deliberate decision made in service of the user and the business. Design that can't explain itself isn't finished yet.

The cost of getting it wrong is too high to guess.

The cost of getting it wrong is too high to guess.
Our quality bar was forged in environments where a failed test isn't a Jira ticket, it's a recall. That standard doesn't lower when the stakes do. Every product we touch gets the same rigour, whether you're building a regulated medical device or a consumer SaaS app.
/003
We commit to the whole thing.

We commit to the whole thing.
Most studios pick a lane. We don't. Owning design and QA together isn't a business model, it's a belief that you can't fully commit to quality if you're only responsible for half of it. When we take on a project, we're accountable for all of it, end to end.

The person who scopes it builds it.

The person who scopes it builds it.
When you talk to us, you're talking to the people who will actually build your product. There are no account managers translating your requirements to someone else. No senior pitches, junior delivery. The person who understands your product is the person who shapes it.
